- Strong understanding of financial and life insurance concepts (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Active listening and problem-solving to understand and address unique client needs
- Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
- Provide financial planning and support tailored to individual needs
- Support investment professionals in cultivating client relationships
- Educate clients on available products and coverage options
- Customize policies to fit unique client needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed (comprehensive training and mentorship provided)
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred but not required
- If unlicensed, candidates must be willing to study and pass the exam for the state they reside in
- We provide guidance and resources to assist with the licensing process
- Most new professionals can complete the studying and testing within 5-14 days
- Additional licensing opportunities available for those interested in expanding their expertise
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a U.S. Social Security Number
- Must currently reside in the United States during the hiring and licensing processes
- Must be 18+ years old (federal requirement)
